How It Works

Five steps. You see real numbers before you pay anything.

1

The Clarity Check

About 5 minutes online. Ranges are fine, and "don't know" is a fine answer. You see which strategies likely apply to you and roughly what each could be worth.

2

The 15-minute call

Only if you book it. We pick the item worth looking at first and check whether we're likely to be a fit. If we're not, we'll say so.

3

The Working Session

About 75 minutes, on Zoom. We go through your situation properly and build a one-page Priority Plan together. It's yours to keep whether or not we work together.

4

The Proposal

About 30 minutes, on Zoom. Our team, or a specialist from our bench when the item needs one, checks your first priority from the figures we went through together, free. We come back with a number we've checked, and the level of service that fits.

5

Ongoing planning

A written plan before every year-end, regular reviews, and specialist reviews included. Anything worth doing is quoted by the specialist first, and you decide.

Why the order matters

A Roth conversion (moving pre-tax savings into a Roth account) changes your Medicare premiums. A cost segregation study (an engineering study that speeds up depreciation) changes the tax on a later sale. A new trust changes who should own the life policy. Each piece affects the others, so every specialist works from the same one-page plan, and your own CPA, advisor and attorney see it before anything changes.

Start with step one. About 5 minutes.
